The basic compositional principle of the building is a pure white volume, parts of which are removed, creating gaps and solids and serving the uses of the building. The main spaces of the house are organized in one level. A double height white cube accommodates the living room and another normal height cube accommodates the bedrooms and the two bathrooms. The living room and the kitchen are expanded through a large opening on the sheltered south-eastern terrace, utilizing the outside space in a second open-air living room with a view. The basement extends across the largest area of coverage and is intended for the workplace, a small guest room, two vehicle parking, storage areas and mechanical installations.
